App Description:
This app is a useful tool for students to record notes with.  The app has the capability to create documents and folder names to keep notes easily organized.  There is an option that allows users to zoom in on the document in order to feel comfortable writing larger and then the app automatically shrinks the writing to fit onto the document.

Home Screen:

List of folders on the left column

After selecting a folder, the document list is on the left

Select a document and it appears on the right

In the top right corner of the screen select the Open button

then select the zoom button and user can write on a larger area 

and it will shrink in order to fit on the document above.

Uses in the Classroom:
Students can utilize this app in their classes and while doing their homework that would require note taking. In order for this tool to be successful used, each student in the class will need access to a device that supports the app. However, if their are not enough devices for each student in the class, teachers can have students report their findings on this app while working at a research table during station activities. A good idea for teachers to integrate this app would be by using them for students' daily journals or science notebooks.

Possible Assessments:
Teachers can regulate the academic progress students have made by reading over their notes after finishing homwork assignments and throughout the week.
